Emergency Room Nurse

The ER Nurse provides specialized nursing care in a busy emergency department, serving patients of all ages with diverse medical needs. This role involves supporting patient stabilization, treatment, and ensuring optimal clinical outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions swiftly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient statuses and interventions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines consistently.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current HI nursing license.
• Demonstrate minimum of 1-year ER nursing experience.
• Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be certified in BLS and ACLS.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be flexible to work days, evenings, and night shifts.
