SAP ABAP Consultant

Sanford, FL 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

• Ownership and technical progression of assorted Service Requests and Incident tickets, including the investigation and resolution of production fails.
• Ability to work on more than one issue at a time.
• Providing regular and timely feedback to the SAP Development Lead regarding assigned tickets.
• Reaching out to the Functional Support Team when required, during ticket progression.
• Involvement in ad hoc Endeavor projects.
• Providing input to the establishment/improvement of best practices within SAP Development Team.
• Ensuring compliance to the Endeavor Support and the SAP Development Team processes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven support track record.
• Ability to work independently and without over-reliance on functional support.
• Ability to investigate complex issues, and an eye for detail – perseverance and tenacity.
• Sufficient FICO and SD knowledge to not require functional specifications that are detailed to table and field level.
