Kafka Product ManagerPosition: Kafka Product ManagerLocation: Stamford, CT (100% Remote)Duration: 12 Months - Contract to HireThe successful product manager will be an essential part of scrum team and will be responsible for supporting the feature development of new features and functionality to ensure market expectations are met.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Senior Product Manager to define and capture requirements for feature enhancements and new functionality.Document user stories including acceptance criteria based on epics and team review.Responsible for documentation of feature development details as the product scrum team member.Lead backlog grooming sessions and responsible for prioritization of team backlog.Work with UX designer to provide mockups as needed Interface with clients on product design and promote product benefits, capabilities.Gather and analyze feedback from various departments and recommend potential changes.Participate in Agile scrum teams during all phases of feature development.Assist in the development of requirements documents and use cases for new product featuresMonitor the status of specific development projects supporting new features.Prioritize, rationalize and ensure delivery of specific sub systems against product development timelines.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Nursing, or other related field, or equivalent experience.Masters degree preferred. 5+ years of product management or project management experience in a healthcare enterprise solutions environment or healthcare operations.Hands on experience with Kafka.
