This position offers a competitive salary range of $71,000–$105,000, with generous incentives including signing and retention bonuses, hard-to-fill position stipends, bilingual stipends, and a lead psychologist stipend. Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Psychologist License required
• Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be obtained prior to start)
• Experience serving school-aged children and collaborating in educational teams
• Strong communication, assessment, and consultation skills
• Ability to adapt to various school settings and student needs
• Bilingual skills and/or prior leadership in school psychology are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and special education staff to develop and implement intervention plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams for eligibility and program planning meetings
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines
• Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students on assigned caseloads
