**Team Leader**

In the fast-casual environment of a food restaurant, the team leader plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below outlines the key responsibilities, skills, and qualifications necessary for the role of a team leader.

**Key Responsibilities: **

·         Motivate team members to achieve performance targets.

·         Ensure that staff adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures.

·         Provide training and support to new and existing staff.

·         Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

·         Key holder.

**Skills and Qualifications: **

·         Must be at least 18 years of age.

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

·         Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.

·         Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point of sale systems.

**Work Location: On-Site**
