Assistant Director of Donor Relations

To support the External Relations team, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Donor Relations will manage donor recognition strategies, coordinate signature events, and oversee project management to enhance donor engagement and strengthen relationships with principal and leadership-level donors. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement donor recognition strategies and manage stewardship communications Coordinate donor events and engagement experiences, managing timelines, budgets, and logistics Independently manage projects from planning through implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with donor interests and institutional priorities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree At least one year of relevant experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to learn and effectively use new technologies and systems Customer service mindset focused on creating positive experiences for donors
