Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with room to grow, ideal for candidates who are motivated, dependable, and eager to learn warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of tasks including picking, stocking, and general housekeeping, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
• Put away inventory and organize materials within the warehouse
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, standing, pulling) throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Stable work history (warehouse experience not required but preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Customer service experience (retail environments such as home improvement stores are a plus)
• Forklift experience (not required, training may be provided)
