We are now hiring a full-time Solo CDL driver in Louisville, KY.

If you have experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver for companies like FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner, you may be the perfect candidate!

Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? Midwest Transport Inc. is immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle assigned and unassigned, FedEx Ground runs from the Louisville area safely and efficiently!

**Solo Driving ** Home Daily**

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Must possess one year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last three years
Must be able to pass a background check.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record- No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years.
Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement
Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable)
Perform daily pre-trip/ post-trip and safety inspections on equipment
Drop Hook Only. No-touch Freight!
Verify and complete required documentation and reports
Maintain accurate daily logs
Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g. delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

1 years of verifiable Tractor-Trailer driving experience within the last 3 year, 6 months of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years with an approved CDL driving school certificate, or 5 years of verifiable driving experience within the last 10 years
Clean Motor Vehicle Record- No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
Must hold a valid Medical Card.
Background Check Required
CDL-A with double endorsement-
No At-Fault Fatality Accidents ever.
Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test.
