FLOAT REQUIRED TO ALL NORTH CAMPUS LOCATIONS; Redmond, Prineville, and Madras PLEASE NOTE THE SHIFT TIMES FOR THE OTHER CAMPUS LOCATIONS: Prineville (1800-0630) and Madras (1745-0615)

• Years of Experience REQ: 2
• Epic Experience REQ? Preferred
• First-Timers Travelers: No- unless 3-5 years exp
• Weekend REQ: Required weekend shifts to equal 1 per week of contact, this may be every other weekend or spread across weekends.
• Certs REQ: BLS, NIHSS preferred
• Cases REQ: COPD Stroke Total Joint Sepsis Colorectal Surgery Bariatric Surgery Pneumonia Trauma Altered Mental Status Renal Failure Bowel Obstruction Oncology Withdrawal
• Is on-call REQ? No scheduled shifts, may be placed on standby
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Any med surg unit in system and any unit as 1:1 observer. Float area includes all 4-campus locations (Bend 218 level 2 trauma center, Madras 15 bed critical access hospital, Prineville 12 bed critical access hospital and Redmond 36 bed level 4 trauma center). May be assigned as primary RN in any med surg department or as a 1:1 observer in any clinical department. May be assigned to ED to care for boarding med surg patients.
