Night Auditor

Description

We are looking for a reliable, detailoriented Night Auditor to support our overnight operations and deliver excellent service to our guests. This position serves as the main point of contact during nighttime hours and includes responsibilities such as guest checkins, completing laundry, handling reservations, and balancing nightly financial reports.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working overnight, can multitask, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.

Minimum Requirement: Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Choice Hotels International GSR or Night Auditor .

Candidates without this experience cannot be considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly laundry duties and perform regular property walks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff to support smooth overnight operations.
• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Resolve guest concerns by coordinating with the appropriate departments to ensure timely solutions.
• Manage reservations by phone, email, or in person, including both individual and group bookings.
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and reconcile all transactions at the end of each shift.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
