What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and observe residents' conditions.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Uphold resident dignity while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida CNA certification required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and dependable attitude.
• A commitment to making a positive impact every day.
