Our non-medical home care services include: Personal Care Companion Care Dementia & Alzheimer's Care Respite Care Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Position Summary As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) , you'll provide one-on-one care and support to seniors and adults in their homes throughout Beachwood, University Heights, Mayfield Heights, Willoughby, Willowick, and surrounding communities . Assignments are matched based on your location, availability, experience, and client needs whenever possible. You do not need to be available to work throughout the entire service area. Responsibilities As a Caregiver, you may: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Assist with mobility, walking, and transfersProvide medication reminders Assist with errands and appointments when appropriate Observe and report changes in a client's condition Follow individualized care plans Promote client safety, dignity, comfort, and independence Build trusted relationships with clients and their families Qualifications We're looking for caregivers who are: Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others Dependable and committed to arriving on time for scheduled shifts Patient, respectful, and professional Strong communicators Comfortable working independently in a client's home Willing to provide hands-on assistance when required by the care plan Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation - must have own vehicle Ability to pass required background checksAbility to safely assist clients with mobility and activities of daily living Dependable attendance and reliable communication Experience in any of the following roles is especially helpful: Caregiver Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Direct Support Professional (DSP) Resident Assistant Companion Caregiver Senior Caregiver Hospice Caregiver Home Care Aide Preferred Qualifications Previous professional caregiving experience CPR Certification First Aid Certification HHA Certification CNA/STNA License Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience Experience assisting clients with transfers and mobility Available Schedules We are actively hiring across multiple shifts, including: Day shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Weekend shifts Full-Time Part-Time Availability for weekends, evenings, and overnights is especially valuable as we continue to add new clients throughout the area.
