Join our team at our beautiful 20-bed dementia personal care community, where we provide exceptional, personalized care in a warm, family-oriented environment. Because of our small size, you'll have the opportunity to truly get to know your residents and provide the individualized care they deserve. Responsibilities Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor resident health and communicate changes to providers and families Deliver compassionate, person-centered dementia care Work collaboratively with caregivers and leadership to ensure the highest quality of care Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in good standing Experience in dementia care, assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply compassionate, dependable, and a strong team player.
