Job Title: Sales, Marketing & Social Media Assistant

Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Amplified Offroad customizes anything with wheels or a hull! We handle everything from lift kits and custom wheels to killer audio systems and lighting upgrades for local truck, Jeep, and marine enthusiasts. We are looking for an energetic individual to help drive our brand forward online and manage our customer-facing front office.

Job Summary:

We need a creative and organized individual to manage our showroom, assist with sales, and build an engaging online presence. This dual role blends customer service and sales support with content creation—capturing photos/videos around the shop of cool vehicle builds and showcasing them across social platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Social Media: Create, edit, and post engaging content (Reels, TikToks, photos, stories) showcasing our daily builds, product arrivals, and events like "Woofer Wednesdays".
• Sales Support: Greet showroom walk-ins, answer phone inquiries, respond to website messages, and help customers pick out the right audio packages, lighting, or accessories.
• Marketing & Outreach: Run basic local marketing campaigns, engage with local truck/Jeep clubs online, and keep our Google Business profile up to date.
• Office Administration: Assist with writing invoices, scheduling vehicle builds, and maintaining a clean showroom.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts for business growth (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• A strong passion for or general knowledge of the automotive, off-road, or car audio industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a comfortable, friendly phone and showroom presence.
• Basic photo and video editing skills on mobile apps or Canva.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy shop environment.
