Overview School Psychologist | Up to $80/hour | Aurora, IL | Full-Time & Part-Time Hours | 2026-2027 School Year. Openings at West Aurora School District. Starting August 2026. Monday–Friday, full and part-time positions available. Schedule will depend on building location. About the role: Ampersand Therapy is hiring part-time and full-time School Psychologists for a school setting in the Aurora, IL area for the 2026-2027 school year. You will conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to support student success. We welcome both new clinicians and experienced professionals. What You’ll Do Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred Benefits & Details Competitive pay (Up to $80/hour) + steady school-year schedule W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match $500 Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses (up to $3,000 per hire) Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above after a short waiting period.
