Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage outreach campaigns to attract prospective clients
- Follow up with inquiries and build meaningful client relationships

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional work experience in business development, consulting, leadership, or a related field (not suitable for students or recent grads)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Empathetic, approachable, and able to connect easily with others
- Tech proficiency (Zoom, Google Suite, Canva, ChatGPT)
- Passion for personal development, leadership training, and business growth
