Maintenance Technician

Southern Cast Products is a leading innovator in design and manufacturing, specializing in intricate foundry patterns, machined components, and prototype solutions. We're committed to precision and craftsmanship on every project. We're looking for a Maintenance Technician with some prior maintenance or mechanical experience who's ready to grow their skills in a foundry and machining environment. You don't need to be an expert if you have a mechanical background and a solid foundation in troubleshooting, we'll help you build from there. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on equipment with some guidance. Requirements: 1–2 years of maintenance, mechanical, or related hands‑on experience (industrial, automotive, agricultural, military, or similar) Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to read equipment manuals and basic schematics Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Assist with diagnosing breakdowns and making repairs to minimize downtime Help install, align, and calibrate equipment Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate with production What we offer: Continued training and skill development Profit Sharing Bonuses Day Shift 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern Cast Products
