Location: This position floats to other clinics but remains home‑based at the Barnes Road Clinic. Address: 5560 Barnes Road, #116, Colorado Springs, CO 80917. Position type: Full Time Schedule: Monday‑Friday (7am‑6pm) Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience. Why Join Us? Responsibilities Greet and register patients; provide information about what to expect during their visit and about their next appointment as they check out. Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone. Maintain regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and the business development team. Collect co‑pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of front desk experience. 1 year of medical office experience. Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout a work day/shift. Appropriate manual dexterity to enable typing (including 10‑key) throughout a work day/shift. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, safely, from ground to waist using proper body mechanics. Ability to carry office supplies up to 10 lbs. Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written directions. Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
