Documentation Clerk

A manufacturing company is looking to hire a documentation clerk for a contract to hire role onsite in Carson, CA. This regulatory clerk will provide support to the regulatory team by performing clerical and administrative duties. We are looking for someone Monday-Friday, 8 to 5 PM who has a passion for the OTC/Cosmetics industry!
Day To Day
- Request and maintain supporting regulatory documents from raw material suppliers.
- Communicate, keep track, follow-up with raw material suppliers for necessary documentation and information.
- Provide regulatory documents to customers as needed
- File and upkeep digital documents
- Data entry
- Communicate effectively with raw material suppliers with R&D lab as well as other department
Skills Needed
- Must have at least an Associates Degree
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel
- Comfortable in a laboratory and manufacturing setting.
- Work independently and in a group
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Hourly Rate of $23 an hour while on contract
