Registered Nurse - Full-time

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a high-acuity Acute Care (MedSurg) setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice, ensuring safety and quality at the point of care. Prioritize patient wellness, evidence-based practices, and a patient-centered approach. Mentor and precept new healthcare staff, fostering professional growth. Manage moderate to high acuity patients on specialty units, adhering to evidence-based care models. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum six months of nursing experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.
