Part-Time Commercial Assistant Property Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part-Time Commercial Assistant Property Manager for an established commercial property management organization. This is an onsite position in Seattle, WA , requiring an onsite presence at least three days per week. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Part-Time Commercial Assistant Property Manager will support the day-to-day operations and administration of a commercial property portfolio. This role will work closely with property management leadership to coordinate tenant needs, vendors, maintenance requests, property inspections, and ongoing property-related matters. The ideal candidate brings hands-on commercial property management experience and is organized, proactive, responsive, and comfortable independently managing priorities. PERKS: Competitive target compensation of $30-35 per hour, depending on experience Flexible 24-32 hour workweek with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week Limited hybrid flexibility with an onsite presence of at least three days per week Company-provided laptop, onsite parking, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership in a collaborative environment RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the day-to-day management, operations, and administration of commercial properties Serve as a responsive point of contact for commercial tenants, coordinating requests, follow-up, and issue resolution Coordinate vendors, contractors, service providers, maintenance requests, work orders, and scheduling Assist with property inspections and ensure maintenance and operational matters receive timely follow-up Maintain organized and accurate tenant, lease, property, and vendor records and documentation Provide proactive administrative and operational support while managing multiple property-related priorities QUALIFICATIONS: Hands-on commercial property management experience required ; residential-only property management experience will not qualify Strong understanding of commercial property operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, maintenance, and property administration Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize competing needs, and step into the position with minimal training Strong organizational, time-management, written, verbal, and professional communication skills Reliable transportation, ability to work onsite in Seattle at least three days per week, and comfort using standard business technology and a personal mobile phone for reasonable work-related communication COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This position offers a target compensation range of $30-35 per hour, depending on experience . This is a long-term part-time opportunity offering approximately 24-32 hours per week , with a minimum commitment of 24 hours weekly. The position also offers flexible scheduling, limited hybrid flexibility based on business needs, a company-provided laptop, and onsite parking.
