ADULT RESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATOR – Apple Valley (10K sign–on bonus; $70,304 annual salary) Hours: 8‑hour shift, Monday‑Friday, with on‑call duties. Job Summary The Administrator ensures and maintains regulatory compliance, oversees the health and safety of clients, communicates with conservators and other agency representatives, manages staffing, and mentors direct support staff. Job Functions Maintain open communication with conservators, families, service coordinators, and other client advocates regarding client health, well‑being, and quality of life. Ensure appropriate staffing for the facility in accordance with program design by hiring, training, and scheduling staff to provide adequate supervision. Oversee daily operations: client documentation, medication audits, audit of personal and incidental funds, physical plant inspections, maintenance of client and staff files, time‑card review, and annual performance evaluations. Attend training mandated by Regional Centers. Communicate with staff regarding quality care assurance. Maintain safety compliance to prevent staff and client injury. Coordinate resident care, including scheduling medical appointments and following up on recommendations by physicians. Act as first responder to emergencies and report special incidents per applicable laws. Provide 24‑hour on‑call response as required. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred and additional training as required. Registered Behavioral Technician certification. Adult Residential Facility Certification (ARF Cert). DSP I and DSP II certificates. CPR/FA and CPI certification. Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients with developmental disabilities (Level 4I or higher). Minimum 2 years supervisory experience overseeing employees caring for individuals with developmental disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
