Liberty Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time weekend position to provide compassionate, state-of-the-art care to patients facing terminal illness. You will apply nursing theory, document care to meet reimbursement guidelines, coordinate physical care with family, patient, physician and Hospice team, communicate with patients and families, and participate in IDT meetings and quality reviews as scheduled. #J-18808-Ljbffr SHEA
