Role Description The Event Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that promote JobTread’s brand, products, and customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing event strategies, managing event calendars, and overseeing logistics for conferences, trade shows, customer training events, and internal company gatherings. The Event Manager will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define event objectives, coordinate vendor and venue relationships, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role also involves managing event communications, creating post-event reports, tracking performance metrics, and continuously improving event processes based on feedback and data. The Event Manager is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, represent JobTread positively at all events, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. Qualifications Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. Project management abilities to oversee multiple events simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and event attendees. Marketing and branding awareness to align events with company messaging, target audiences, and business goals. Data analysis and reporting skills to track event performance, interpret feedback, and recommend improvements. Proficiency with event management and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM systems, project management platforms, virtual event software). Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, with flexibility to travel for events as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in B2B events, trade shows, or industry conferences, preferably within technology or construction sectors, is beneficial.
