Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid, active respiratory care practitioner license
• Comprehensive understanding of respiratory care protocols and therapies
• Experience with ventilator management, airway care, and emergency interventions
• Proficiency in performing arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care to meet individual patient needs
• Initiate and monitor mechanical ventilation and non-invasive support for patients of varying acuity
• Administer aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and pulmonary hygiene procedures
• Conduct patient assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and adjust therapy as clinically indicated
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and disease management
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied professionals to optimize patient outcomes

$1,832 - $2,004/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
