Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Downey, CA
Setting: OR
Term: ASAP - 3 Months, with ability to extend
Pay Rate: $235-$240/hr
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM- Only Full Time Providers

A hospital in Downey, CA is looking to hire Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to cover General, Ortho, Uro, GYN, Gastro, Healthy Peds, Head and Neck, Thoracic, Int. Rad cases- OR Coverage only, no Labor and Delivery.

Qualifications of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist:
• Active California CRNA License
• Board Certification required
• Proficiency in EPIC
• COVID vaccine and one booster required
• 1 year CRNA experience within the last 3 years required
Duties/Responsibilities of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist:
• Conduct patient assessments prior to anesthesia treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process and recovery.
• Prepare and administer anesthesia medication via injection, inhalation, or oral medication.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during surgery.
• Oversee patients' safety as they recover from anesthesia.
• Maintain and calibrate anesthesia equipment.
• Document patient care in medical records.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest anesthesia practices and procedure
