Location: Columbus, OH Company: Holland Roofing Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Pay: $22/hour About the Role Holland Roofing is hiring Roofer Helpers to support our Commercial Roofing Production crews. This is a physically demanding, outdoor construction role working on active commercial job sites. Roofer Helpers work as part of a crew building commercial roofs from the ground up. This position is best suited for individuals with construction or labor experience or those who are physically capable and prepared for full-day manual work in changing weather conditions. This role does not report to a fixed location. Employees report directly to assigned job sites, which change as projects are completed. Reliable personal transportation is required to reach assigned job sites. Out-of-town travel is required at times: Company vehicle provided Hotel and meals provided by the company Weekend work and overtime may be required based on project needs. If you are seeking a job at the same location every day or primarily indoor work, this position may not be the right fit. Physical & Work Requirements (Read Carefully) This is a labor-intensive construction position.
