Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deliver AI-powered voice and automation solutions for clients. You'll develop integrations, APIs, and data pipelines, own implementations from design through production, and work directly with customers to solve complex business challenges using modern AI technologies.Requirements5+ years of software engineering experienceStrong Java/Spring Boot and Python development skillsExperience with REST APIs, system integrations, and data pipelinesKnowledge of OAuth, webhooks, JSON, CSV, and SFTPExperience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CDProficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)Strong communication and client-facing skillsPreferredConversational AI, Voice AI, or telephony platforms (Twilio, Genesys, Five9)LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application developmentLangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworksSolutions engineering or professional services experienceStartup or high-growth environment experienceAdditional RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holderHybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in the Loop, Chicago, ILEOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
