Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Receptionist in St. Albans, VT. Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm Responsibilities for the Receptionist job: Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner Direct and forward calls to appropriate staff members Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery Greet visitors and assist with basic inquiries Provide general clerical support to the office team Perform data entry and maintain records as needed Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail Assist with outgoing mail and package preparation Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications for Receptionist: Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and customer service mindset Apply online now, pick up the phone or come into the Branch.
