We're seeking an experienced Area Manager who knows how to build winning teams, improve restaurant performance, and deliver consistent operational excellence across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced quick service environment, enjoys coaching General Managers, and has a proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead the operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations throughout Central Illinois.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor General Managers while building strong leadership pipelines.
• Drive sales growth and improve profitability through effective coaching and execution.
• Analyze financial performance, manage labor, control food costs, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure every restaurant consistently delivers exceptional customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Hold restaurant leadership teams accountable to operational standards and performance goals.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans that produce measurable results.
• Travel regularly between restaurant locations to provide hands on leadership and support.

What We're Looking For

• Multi unit restaurant management experience in a quick service or fast casual environment.
• Proven success leading multiple locations and developing high performing General Managers.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor planning, food cost control, and sales growth.
• Results driven leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Comfortable making data driven decisions while maintaining a people first leadership style.
• Willing to travel throughout the assigned market.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $85,000 to $100,000
