DescriptionGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION To work directly with dietary staff in providing dietary services to Birch members. Assist in maintaining sanitary kitchen, appliances, and equipment. Assist in following prescribed diets and ordering food accordingly. Inventory and store food/supplies according to procedures. The ability to create Adult Nutrition Documentation as needed. Provide scheduled meal planning groups during day treatment to encourage member input and cooking groups to improve cooking skills as assigned. Regular and punctual attendance is required. Open communication with Dietary Supervisor. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Birch Tree Communities
