Registered Nurse, CVOR SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 24 months Interview: VA Auto Offer, offers to be accepted or declined within 48 hours or they will be rescinded Must have License/Cert Holiday RTO 1 day total between 11/27-12/1

12/23-1/2 -- Must work 2/3 holidays Flu and COVID vaccine required, medical or religious exceptions are accepted -- Float Requirement: as needed in skillset -- EMR: Epic exp required -- Must have one successful 13-week assignment
