Overview Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for mobile advanced wound care services in patients' homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Twin Cities, MN. Responsibilities Provide in-person wound care in patients' homes and skilled nursing facilities. Collaborate with a team of high-quality healthcare professionals focused on wound care and improving patient quality of life. Qualifications Active NP license in MN. Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Comfort with wound care and strong communication skills. Experience in wound care, skilled nursing, or home care preferred. Benefits & Schedule Competitive base salary ($130,000–$150,000/year) with part-time hours (4–10/week) and hourly pay ($75–$100).
