Data Analyst

Responsibilities Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve productivity and profitability Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Collaborate with our marketing, operations and accounting departments to improve operational performance internally and externally. Validate and review data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability Identify and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and data quality issues within reporting and analysis Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness Schedule Our hours for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top‑notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work‑life‑balance and do our best to limit this. This is not a remote position Benefits Great benefits! Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field preferred Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools Advanced SQL proficiency Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) Ability to perform data validation, transformation, and analysis Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills Effective communication and ability to present insights clearly Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
