ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school district in Blytheville, Arkansas for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with their educational goals
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment that promotes academic and social-emotional growth
Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaboration, and professional development opportunities
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district special education regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
Active Arkansas Special Education Teaching License (or eligibility to obtain through reciprocity or an Alternative Licensure Program)
Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Strong knowledge of IEP development, classroom management, and evidence-based instructional strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to successfully complete all required background checks and fingerprinting
