Currently, we have nine branches conveniently located throughout Denton County. Frisco is growing fast, and PointBank is growing right along with it. For more than 140 years, we have served North Texas with genuine community banking, personal relationships and a commitment to doing what is right for our customers. Now we are opening a brand new location in Frisco, and we are looking for a Branch Operations Manager who is ready to lead, inspire and build something meaningful from day one.

What You Will Lead

As the Branch Operations Manager, you will set the tone for the entire Frisco location. You will lead a team that delivers prompt, efficient, friendly service while building strong customer relationships. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, drive branch growth and create an environment where employees feel supported, motivated and confident in their ability to succeed.

Your Impact

• Lead and develop a high performing team focused on customer service and community relationships
• Build branch growth by ensuring excellent service, confident product guidance and consistent in branch engagement with customers
• Oversee daily operations, compliance and risk management to ensure a secure and efficient branch
• Support customers with complex needs and provide guidance on PointBank products and services
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and CRM activity to support branch goals
• Foster a positive, professional environment that reflects PointBank values
• Represent PointBank in the Frisco community and build partnerships that strengthen our presence
