Data Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Alteryx Administrator to support a major data transition initiative within a Fortune 500 retail organization headquartered in Austin. This is a 6-month contract with strong potential to extend as the team shifts from Alteryx to Amazon-based analytics systems. Location: Austin, TX Salary: $104,000 - $146,000 What You’ll Do Administer and maintain the Alteryx environment while systems transition to AWS. Identify and document tool owners, workflows, and dependencies. Translate technical findings into clear, structured documentation and spreadsheets. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth migration and minimize business disruption. Support BI and reporting teams as needed with data and process insights. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of full-time Alteryx administration experience (BI development a plus). Strong understanding of SQL , with the ability to interpret and troubleshoot complex queries. Excellent communication skills — you enjoy writing, documenting, and making data make sense. Experience with AWS (Lambda is a plus). Strong organizational and analytical skills with a collaborative mindset. Based in Austin, TX , and available to be in the office 4 days per week . 6-month contract with potential to extend.
