Title: Programs & Communications Specialist Industry: Tech Location: Culver City, CA Duration: 12 months Responsibilities Manage cross-functional project timelines, deliverables, budgets, purchase orders, and invoice inquiries for partner marketing initiatives. Develop partner-facing communications, newsletters, email updates, and executive-level presentations covering content updates and strategic initiatives. Plan and execute global partner events in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Oversee partner content distribution platforms and coordinate with video operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Build partner relationships, communicate strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders, and improve engagement and operational processes from planning through delivery. Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing, promotional partnerships, communications, or operations, preferably in media, entertainment, or streaming. Demonstrated project management experience overseeing initiatives from briefing through execution and delivery in a fast-paced, global organization. Expertise creating polished executive-level presentations and communicating complex information through clear storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment without direct authority. Strong organization, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, independence, adaptability, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
