Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Location: San Jose, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $145,000–$160,000/year + Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient primary care team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with no inpatient responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams

Qualifications

• Active California NP and RN license
• Board Certified (AANP or ANCC)
• DEA registration and Furnishing Number (or eligible)
• BLS Certification
• 1+ year of outpatient primary care experience preferred
