Job Title: Picker and Packer (Cold Storage Warehouse)

Job Description

This role focuses on accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced, high-volume, frozen warehouse environment. You will work with RF scanners and pick sheets to build orders, ensuring products arrive at customers’ doors in excellent condition. The position requires strong attention to detail, reliable productivity, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in low‑temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pick and select orders using RF scanners, pick sheets, or voice systems
• Verify product details including item, quantity, and condition before packing
• Pack, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment
• Build and stage outbound shipments based on order requirements
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers, reach trucks, or forklifts when certified and authorized.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading, labeling, and organizing incoming and outgoing products.
• Support inventory control tasks, including inventory counts, cycle counts, stock rotation, and replenishment.
• Maintain cold‑chain integrity by working efficiently in refrigerated and frozen environments while following temperature‑control procedures.
• Meet daily performance and productivity standards while maintaining high accuracy levels in all picking and packing activities.

Shift= Sunday- Wednesday 630am until the job is done

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ormond Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Ormond Beach,FL.
