Description Facilities Manager Schedules: 8:30 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday) some on call duties will be required for emergencies. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 $ + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave) We're looking for a Facilities Manager who is highly organized, energetic, process-oriented, and efficient. The Facilities Manager ensures that the facility is clean, well maintained, and operating smoothly, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff. Responsibilities Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry, and kitchen operations Manage vendor relationships and bids for services Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems Supervise housekeeping staff including hiring, training, and performance management Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment Develop and implement emergency and fire evacuation plans Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for building emergencies Improve systems and processes continuously Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and management Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager Competency with Microsoft Office Suite Personnel management experience preferred Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use We respect the time and energy it takes to apply for the next step on your career path, so we will make every effort to contact you quickly after receiving your application.
