We currently have patients and openings in:

• Two patients available in Flower Mound
• Age range: 11 (Low acuity) Feeding tube and Meds admin & 22 (High acuity) Feeding tube, Tracheostomoy
• Schedule Low Acuity patient: Mon- Fri (8a-4p)

• Schedule High Acuity Patient: Mon- Fri (7a-7p) & nights Mon- Sun (7p-7a)

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

• Must have reliable transportation
