Revenue Operations Manager - San Francisco, CA | Hybrid - 2/3 days in office

Some companies hire RevOps managers to maintain dashboards.

Others hire them to build the operating system that powers the next stage of growth.

We're looking for someone who wants the second option.

We're a high-growth B2B SaaS company entering a pivotal stage of scale. Revenue is growing, the GTM team is expanding, and we're investing heavily in building the infrastructure needed to support the next chapter of the business. This role will sit at the center of Sales, Marketing and Leadership, helping create the systems, processes and insights that drive smarter decisions and predictable growth.

What You'll Own

  • Build and scale the Revenue Operations function
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Create dashboards and reporting that drive business decisions
  • Improve funnel visibility, forecasting and pipeline management
  • Build automations and workflows that eliminate manual processes
  • Own and optimise HubSpot and GTM systems
  • Develop reporting frameworks across sales, marketing and customer lifecycle metrics
  • Help establish the operational foundations required to scale the business

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations or similar
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strong HubSpot expertise
  • Experience supporting both Sales and Marketing teams
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Exposure to SQL, automation tools or workflow building is advantageous
  • Previous management or team leadership experience is a plus
  • Builder mentality — someone who enjoys creating rather than maintaining

Compensation: $185,000 – $195,000 base + equity
