Job TitleCustomer Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Formulate quotations at customer request, write sales orders, and relay pertinent order information to customers. Coordinate with other departments on handling sales orders and providing service to customers. Perform numerous functions as contained in the Customer Service Department work instructions.Maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of all company products and services.Implement all approved pricing policies and procedures.Promote and maintain company goodwill in all business and personal contacts with the public.Cooperate and coordinate with personnel of other department/divisions seeking or utilizing his/her assistance as necessary to accomplish mutual or dependent goals.Prepare and submit Customer Complaint and Lost Business Reports in compliance with relevant work instructions and routes them to the appropriate personnel or department.Attend bi-weekly production meetings via Teams. Provides updated information on active orders and notification of all the newly acquired orders. Directs other personnel and informs proper departments of priority status on the day's production schedule. Directs schedule changes when necessary to accommodate customer expedited deliveries.Perform around the clock customer service on a rotational basis or as directed by supervisor.Review all job-related cost summaries and advise PCE Service Manager of any questionable or unreasonable cost assignments.Receive finished goods after being manufactured.Place finished goods into inventory physically and electronically in D365.Pull finished goods from inventory as indicated on router and update in D365.Label pulled orders with customer information as indicated on router.Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, etc.Perform semi-annual inventory counts.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the finished goods area.Exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to order management to assure Total Customer Satisfaction with Hunting's customer base.
