We are looking for a Sr. Product Owner to join our Digital platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by a software Scrum team to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product. This role is pivotal in driving the digital initiatives, shaping product features, and ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities For Internal Candidates Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth. Own the product roadmap, work with business partners to ensure alignment with the overall strategic vision. Work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future customer needs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their needs are incorporated into the product roadmap. Work closely with development teams using Agile methodologies, providing clear and detailed requirements. Act as a liaison between the business and scrum teams to ensure that the teams are working on the highest priority features and enhancements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Define and communicate the acceptance criteria to the teams and accept or reject work results. Define what success looks like regarding the use of the product, and published metrics on product performance. Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure product features meet high standards of quality and performance. Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure product meets user expectations. Qualifications For Internal Candidates Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field. Master's degree a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role with a focus on digital application development. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management. Strong experience utilizing Agile tools like TFS, Jira and knowledge of portfofilo management tools like AHA, SNOW Portfolio management tools would beneficial. Understanding of Digital technologies like Angular, React for responsive app development and eCommerce Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
