Certified Nurse Midwife

With Women Wellness, a primary full‑scope midwifery practice in Manchester, CT, is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team. We provide gynecological and obstetric care in office, with 24/7 birth/on‑call services for our patients provided at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Our on‑call schedule would be 1:7 with a reasonable office schedule as well. Our current midwives typically enjoy a 3‑day work week. Our compensation package is highly competitive. We enjoy a pleasant, collegial, collaborative agreement with our back‑up physicians. Our practice has a great reputation in the community for providing a personal, holistic experience in patient care. Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with experience, scheduled hours, and additional skills possessed (e.g., contraceptive procedures, ultrasound, first assist, and colposcopy). Call schedule and office hours are somewhat flexible within the practice needs for coverage. Compensation and Benefits Benefits include: Vacation Health insurance

401k Life insurance Requirements Graduation from a nurse‑midwifery program accredited by the American College of Nurse‑Midwives; current certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board; licensure by the State of Connecticut as a Licensed Nurse Midwife and Registered Nurse; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers; Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) Certified.
