Real Estate Sales Listing Coordinator

We are looking for an organized, full‑time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Responsibilities Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance. Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied. Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team. Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre‑listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties. Coordinate cleanings and showings for houses and keep track of the sales activity in the database. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required. Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued. College experience preferred but not required to apply. Proficiency in basic computer programs and ability to create clear spreadsheets using Excel. Enjoys providing excellent customer service. Exhibits outgoing, organized, goal‑driven, and results‑oriented behavior. Willingness to pursue or already holds a real estate license.
