Location:  Onsite Fiskdale, MA (5 days/week)
Shift:  Days generally 7:00am-3:30 with a 30-minute unpaid lunch Salary Range: $32.00 - $55.00 per hr

The Opportunity

We are seeking Mold Maker A who is skilled at proving essential functions and maintaining injection molds that are essential for producing large quantities of medical devices. 

What You’ll Do

• Orchestrate Production: Work closely with Production to stay on schedule
• Systems Management: Log in w/Formation/IQMS
• Schedule Optimization: Develop preventative maintenance, repair schedules and workflow procedures to maximize machine utilization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technicians to complete all work orders 
• Team Performance: Work as a team to keep things running smoothly
• Problem Solve: Proactively gather information to decide on immediate process actions
• Drive Excellence: Coach and train team members to enhance capabilities
• Quality & Safety: Comply with safety rules and the quality management system

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience
• High School Diploma – Trade Technical School, preferred or Equivalent. 
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Diagnoses problems and determines the nature and extent of repairs required; makes recommendations to supervisor.
• Maintains a record of job hours for new tools, repairs, and special projects.
• Performs additional duties and functions of a related nature as assigned without notice.
• Ability to analyze production schedules and maximize machine utilization.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• May design or assist in the design of molds and dies.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect produced parts.
• Ability to wear full PPE in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 45 pounds.
• Move Equipment weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for up to 8 hours per day.
• Required to be onsite, based at primary location, per established schedule.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed.
• No travel required.
