What Youll Do:

• Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick sheets
• Build stable, well-balanced pallets and properly wrap product
• Load delivery trucks and verify product counts and accuracy
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Replenish inventory as directed
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
• Follow all safety and lifting procedures

This role is physical and requires repeated lifting of 50+ lbs, along with standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience REQUIRED
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Must live within 30 minutes of Shanker Beverage Company
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license preferred
• Steady work history and strong work ethic

Work Schedule:

• MondayFriday
• 3040 hours per week
• Typical shift: 10:00 AM to close (generally around 6:30 PM, seasonal variation)
• No weekend work
