### Exciting Opportunity for Travel ER Registered Nurse (RN) - **Position:** Travel ER RN - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Duration:** 13 weeks - **Shift:** Mids, 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM **Be part of a dynamic Emergency Department team and put your skills to the test!** - **Experience Required:** 2+ years in nursing with at least 2 successful travel assignments completed - **Certifications Needed:** - ACLS - BLS - PALS - ESI Level 5 training - **Preferred Certifications:** - TNCC - Cerner experience **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients. - Utilize the Nursing Process in alignment with state regulations and hospital policies. - Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership. - Anticipate and plan for safe, effective patient care delivery. - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education. - Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. - Direct and supervise assigned personnel in delivering patient care. **Work Environment:** - Patient Ratios: 1:4 - Unit Beds: 29 plus 8 hallways - No call or floating required. - Navy scrubs to be worn. - EMR System: Cerner **Additional Information:** - Blocked scheduling is a priority, but exact dates can't be guaranteed. - Max Request Time Off (RTO): None, provided FTE and weekend requirements are met. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
